Location and Environmental Portraiture
I offer the ability to shoot individuals or group portraits at the location of your choice, weather permitting and assuming no legal issues with the site desired.
These are not your average chain store studio-type portraits, but instead what you receive is a pre-shoot consultation about the individual or group being photographed, which allows me to provide you with the best possible set of photographs that your family or group will value forever.
Consultation is a very important part of the portraiture process, my intention is to not just capture a “picture” of this person or group, but rather capture “who they are.”
A good portrait should express the soul of the individual depicted in the image, not just the clothes they are wearing.
Your photographs will be printed on archival paper and can be delivered to you in print form for your own matting and framing. For more specialized needs, I can also provide museum-quality matting and framing.
Both monochrome and color photographs can be custom-printed to a variety of different sizes and on different papers depending on your wishes and expectations.

Terms:
50% due at booking, non-refundable. Remainder is due on the delivery of your files/prints.
Cash, check, or Paypal are currently the acceptable methods of payment.
Locations that are beyond 1 hour of travel time (40 miles) from Spokane Valley will incur a 40 cents per mile transportation fee.
Printing Notes:
Many clients choose to do their own printing, for which the Standard Package is provided. Please keep in mind that when having your files printed at chain-store photo labs, you are taking a risk with the color, tonality, and longevity of your prints. If this is not a concern to you, then the Standard Package is a good place to start.
The prints that I can provide you are of significantly higher quality. The custom professional printing services I employ use a color-managed workflow and the state of the art in printing technology. Many other print sizes and options are available.
